Translation Action Switch and Text Display
Automatically Enable OCR Image Translation at Startup
Whether to enable OCR image translation mode by default when the program starts.
- Effect: When checked, you can start using screenshot translation directly after the program starts; when unchecked, the translation mode is off by default after the program starts.
Automatically Enable Voice Translation at Startup
Whether to enable voice translation by default when the program starts.
- Effect: When checked, voice translation is enabled automatically after the program starts and the ASR worker process is launched, making it quick to enter voice translation state.
- Note: To reduce resource usage, this is off by default; before using voice translation, you also need to configure the voice translation engine (Local or Custom) on the Translation Engine page.
Switch Between Original Text and Translation
Extended display feature for the translation panel.
- Effect: When enabled, you can switch between original text and translation by pulling the trigger, making it convenient to compare with the translation or verify the accuracy of the recognition result.
Both-Hands Toggle Translation
- Effect: When enabled, translation mode can only be turned on or off by placing both hands next to your ears and long pressing the trigger of both simultaneously, preventing accidental operation while holding the controller in one hand.
Wrist Persistent Display
- Effect: When enabled, you can pin translation results to the wrist position corresponding to the VR controller, and view them at any time by lifting your wrist. Make sure this switch is enabled before use. To learn more about the detailed operation logic, please refer to Wrist Display Feature Guide.
Interface Appearance and Scaling Preferences
Theme Color
Select the overall color style for the dashboard UI (Dashboard settings panel):
- Dark: Comfortable black-gray main tone, suitable for long-term use in darker game environments.
- Light: Higher contrast light mode, providing clearer text outlines.
UI Scale
- Parameter range:
0.5xto1.5x(default:1.0x) - Effect: Scale the entire settings panel UI proportionally through this slider, improving the issue where font sizes are too small to read in some headsets.
